Every child possesses an innate gift for creation, yet too often, harsh social conditions become barriers to expressing that talent. In Armenia, hundreds of children are denied access to after-school programs and creative workshops.

This isn't merely about entertainment—it's about missed opportunities for self-discovery, emotional outlets, and feeling part of a community.

We cannot allow tomorrow's artists to remain in the shadows simply because they lack the necessary materials or a guiding mentor.

The Solution - Terracotta Studio's Mission

Since 2010, Terracotta Studio has been breathing warmth into clay.

Our new project, "A Gift to Our Cities," aims to provide free arts education to 200 children from low-income and large families in Yerevan and Vanadzor throughout 2026-2027.

Our doors in Vanadzor, Yerevan, and mobile workshops will be open to children who need it most. Children will learn:

• Pottery — to feel the power of earth and clay
• Decorative applied arts — to shape something new
• Sculpting and design — to cultivate patience and refinement

We teach them to see beauty. They learn to create it."

This isn't just instruction—it's therapy and teamwork. Through this process, children will create large-scale mosaics with their own hands, beautifying the parks and gardens of our cities.
